Terms and Conditions

§ 1 Scope of Application

These Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts between Kichi Vietnamese Foodtour (Im Kaufland, Beim Strohhause 8, 20097 Hamburg) and our guests.

§ 2 Reservations

Reservations can be made by phone at +49 1522 1425236 or via WhatsApp. We reserve the right to cancel reservations for delays of more than 15 minutes.

§ 3 Cancellations

Cancellations should be made at least 2 hours before the reserved time. For short-term cancellations or no-shows, we reserve the right to review future reservations.

§ 4 Payment Terms

We accept cash, EC card, and credit cards. All prices include statutory VAT. Tips are not included in the prices.

§ 5 Liability

Liability is limited to intent and gross negligence. For slight negligence, we are only liable for breach of essential contractual obligations.

§ 6 Data Protection

Information about data protection can be found in our Privacy Policy.

§ 7 Final Provisions

Should individual provisions of these Terms and Conditions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected. German law applies.
